We offer medical grade skin care such as ZO Skin Health which consists of innovative and powerful technologies clinically proven to treat skin concerns. ZO provides comprehensive solutions for creating and maintaining healthy skin for anyone regardless of age, ethnicity, skin type or conditions including Acne, Rosacea, Melasma, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, sensitive skin, wrinkles and ageing. This total approach is results driven, long lasting and capable of successfully reversing even the most challenging of skin conditions.

Initial Skin Consultation

First time patients will be clinically assessed by Dr. Manna, who spends approximately 1.5 hours performing an in depth initial consultation.

  • Full face assessment with recommended treatment options based on your goals, lifestyle, and skin needs. We listen to your concerns and examine your medical history 

  • Detailed education on triggers for skin diagnoses and various treatment plans including personalised skincare, injectables, facials, and laser treatments.

  • Medical- grade skincare product recommendations, including customised, comprehensive AM and PM routine.

  • Prescription medications, as needed to treat conditions such as Acne, Melasma, or hyperpigmentation. Medical grade skin and anti-aging supplements are incorporated for optimal results.

  • Before and after photos to document your progress

  • One week follow-up call post-consult or treatment 

Followup Reviews

Skin care reviews allow us to monitor your progress and optimise your results. Each patient’s regime is tailored and specifically customised using different medical grade products and treatments based on their progress and unique skin characteristics. This is of paramount importance to ensure patients are on track to achieving the skin of their dreams during treatment and long term maintenance.

Followups are recommended monthly during treatment and every 3-4 months during maintenance.

Skin Pen Microneedling/ PRP

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a method of exfoliation of the epidermis (outermost layer of skin). The procedure requires the use of a sterile, surgical, scalpel that safely glides over the skin at a 45 degree angle, removing dead skin cells and vellus hair (peach fuzz). Of note, the hairs will not grow back thicker or faster. This service creates a softer skin texture and reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, while revealing a brighter complexion. This popular procedure, when performed by a Medical Aesthetician, will eliminate clogged pores and allow for greater penetration of skincare products and treatments. Dr. Manna highly recommends this monthly for optimal skin health.

Stimulator Peel

Using a unique acid cocktail containing lactic, salicylic and glycolic acids, this gentle peel exfoliates damaged skin cells revealing a healthy, more youthful-looking appearance. It is also termed the ‘lunchtime peel’, because in just ten minutes the skin shows significant improvement. Can be done on all skin types or tones as often as required.

3 Step Peel

Our deepest peel from ZO Skin Health- an innovative treatment which utilises a blend of exfoliants, potent retinol and multi-action agents to help improve skin health and treat many signs of ageing while providing antioxidant protection. Highly effective for improving signs of stubborn hyperpigmentation, Melasma, sun damage, fine lines, uneven texture, large pores, dullness, and acne. With this peel, patients will achieve glowing results and tighter, smoother, brighter-looking skin. Typically, peeling begins between day two and three and lasts approximately 5 days. The 3-step peel should be repeated three times a year for a deeper repair as a part of a long-term skin health plan!

Extractions

Sterile, medical extractions are performed by our highly trained providers to eliminate all superficial and deep pimples. This treatment is incredibly effective at removing comedones and blackheads to treat cystic acne and prevent dermal scarring. This technique is of utmost importance and should be performed weekly in all acne patients to obtain acne clearance and healthy skin. 

Acne Kenalog

Say goodbye to your acne cyst with a Kenalog treatment. This contains an active ingredient Triamcinolone, which is a medication with strong anti-inflammatory properties. The medication is injected directly into the acne cyst, reducing redness, tenderness and inflammation. Healing of the area begins almost immediately and resolves within the next 24 hours. This is your answer to stubborn acne cysts.

Keloid Scar Treatments

Keloid are nodules which extend beyond the area of injury and often continue to grow over time. Keloids lead to cosmetic disfigurement and functional impairment and affect the quality of life. We treat these scars using Triamcinolone Acetonide Suspension (Kenalog) intralesionally which decreases the size of the keloid. Treatments are advised monthly until the keloid is flat and yearly for maintenance depending on the size.

Sclerotherapy

This precise medical treatment removes spider veins and varicose veins and can also reduce pain or side effects caused by damaged veins.

Mole Removal Hyfrecation
